Delta Guides the World Towards Sustainable Future Through its E-mobility and Energy Efficient Solutions At Hannover Messe 2022

Delta, a global leader of power and thermal management solutions announced today its participation in Hannover Messe 2022. This will allow it to showcase some of its latest Smart Green Solutions that support the development of emobility and low carbon industrial automation for sustainable urban areas. The Slim100 series fast electric vehicle charger (EV) boasts a 100kW DC power output and a 55% smaller footprint, maximising its utility in commercial spaces. The MPD motor-mounted pump drive series is equipped with a Delta MSI synchronous reluctancemotor of IE5 quality to provide energy efficiency class IES2 for a wide range of industrial applications. A fully-integrated robot station with Delta’s 6-axis articulated robotic arm will serve coffee to visitors at Delta’s booth.

Industrial Automation Solutions that are Energy-Efficient

The MPD series is ideal for fan and pump applications. It also supports intelligent water supply processes due to its high-efficiency, energy-saving motor and integrated fanless inverter. Highlights include the ASDA-B3 series, Delta’s new compact, high-efficiency servo-system that offers precise motion control functions and an easy-to-use operation environment. The stand will feature a coffee maker robot that combines three Delta solutions: a Program Robot Movement, a HMI Backend program, and an AX-8 controller program. This demonstration will demonstrate the seamless compatibility of its Industrial Automation solutions.

Complete e-Mobility & Smart Energy Solutions

Delta will showcase its range of eMobility solutions and Smart Energy Solutions as more drivers switch to EVs. The complete EV charging infrastructure of Delta includes EV chargers and PV systems as well as energy storage systems and energy management systems. All of these systems have been designed to seamlessly work together. The Slim100 is a compact EV charger that can deliver a maximum power output of 100 kW. It also includes rectifiers with 97% efficiency. Delta’s DC Wallbox 50kW has a charging efficiency 97% and a thickness of only 25cm. It supports simultaneous charging, which allows for a maximum output power output of 50kW from two charging guns.
