Ez4EV Innovates ‘Zero Carbon’ Make in India, Green Energy EV Charging Solutions

Ez4EV Pvt Ltd (easy-for-electric vehicles), an energy management company and developer of innovative solutions for the EV charging sector, has broken barriers of the standard source (grid) of energy input by successful design and development of decentralized clean power generating platforms using Solar/CBG/CNG. After its first offering of EzUrja Mobile – the ultrafast mobile EV charging solution, it is another solution introduced for BESS-based EV charging services, both static and mobile.

Ez4EV’s battery-integrated EV charger technology, EzUrja Static (proprietary battery-integrated EV charger technology), addresses grid constraints by combining charging infrastructure, grid infrastructure and energy storage into a compact, integrated solution. CNG Stations and CGDs are used in conjunction with the new Biogas to provide localized power input to EzUrja’s BESS-based EzUrja. This makes it possible to transition to an EV by eliminating anxiety about the vehicle’s range.

Ez4EV offers distributed energy management services to unlock the intrinsic value of the battery system. These include load shifting, demand charger management, resilience, and charging as a service.

Through its joint venture – EzPyramid Energies Pvt Ltd, Ez4EV seeks to maximize its proprietary technology, R&D and manufacturing for Make-in-India’s range of fast AC-DC and DC-DC electric vehicle chargers (upto 240 kW) as well as energy storage systems. Pyramid is the leading supplier of heavy-duty UPS, solar inverters and inverters to Indian Railways. This JV has been a key player in the development of E-mobility technology for India and the global market.

The company aims at deploying more than 300 EzUrja mobile ultrafast battery-integrated EV charging systems (DC-DC), more than 100 EzUrja Static Solar/CBG/CNG based integrated EV charging systems, and more then 10,000 ultrafast static EV chargers (60 kWh – 240 kWh) before 2024.

Green Energy Alternatives will ensure 100% decentralized clean electricity, contributing fully to carbon capture, COP26 obligations, SDG guidelines and a healthier planet.

EzUrja Mobile EV Charger solution integrated with patented Li-ion battery and EzPyramid’s proprietary Powertronics, EV chargers & switching technology starts from 50 to 250 kWh. The unit offers GBT / CCS1 / CCS2 and CHAdeMO (if required) connectors, which can charge up to 4 vehicles simultaneously. By July 2022, the company shall roll out EzUrja Mobile 50, 100 & 200 kWh models for Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Fleets & Bus Fleet Operators.
